Join Mena, Sharon, or another Travelling Herbivore guide for a 3 to 4 hour walking feast through central Mexico City. Expect vegan tacos, quesadillas, esquites, aguas frescas, tortas, sweets, a beer, and lesser-known neighborhoods. The route is limited to 10 people and involves plenty of walking.

“I am super grateful to tour organizer and guide Sharon, for introducing me and five other U.S. vegans to such a variety of vegan Mexican food while also introducing us to multiple neighborhoods and public transportation. The logistics were flawless too -- I appreciated how she called or texted ahead to some of the businesses while we were en route, to reduce our wait time once we arrived. We started with a park stand that offered a sampling of quesadillas, sopes and tlacoyos made with pre-Hispanic ingredients including huitlacoche (a mushroom), nopales, and squash blossoms.
